Each print is custom made to order, so all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Damaged items
In the event that an item arrives damaged then we will open a review to send a replacement of the same product (same size and print). It is a requirement to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging with details of what occurred within 48 hours of receiving the delivery in order to facilitate our review and replacement of the item.
Photos of the damage must be taken immediately after removal from original packaging and not after any kind of hanging or other placement has occurred.
A review of the provided information from the customer will occur and the goods may be replaced based on the outcome of this review.
Timing of the arrangement of replacement of goods is based on availability and shipping times via standard shipping.
